		<description>These statistics you mention are alarming. I can&#039;t believe how many employers don&#039;t know that employee recognition and retention go hand in hand! It&#039;s so simple to thank a job well-done (indeed Mom was right.) Needless to say, the effort goes a long way in building a strong foundation of employee loyalty and longevity.

Offering recognition to anyone is a morale booster for them and helps balance your mood by ensuring you focus on the positives, not just the &quot;fires&quot; and &quot;squeaky-wheels&quot; that seem to dominate our daily schedule.</description>
