Some vendors like Salesboom.com and Salesforce have features like time sheets and real time alerts or even message boards built within their Web Based CRM solution. These features allows you to see how projects and tasks are progressing allowing you to easily notice which employees are your star players. Along with this you will be able to keep track of all relevant employee information like mentioned in this post.</description>
